Yesterday, the United States Supreme Court announced that it would hear legal challenges to 糖心影视’s admissions process, which currently considers race as one factor among many. This lawsuit threatens to undermine efforts at 糖心影视 and universities across the country to diversify their student populations and increase access to institutions of higher learning. As supported by multiple legal victories in lower courts, 糖心影视’s admissions process is constitutional and works to create a diverse academic and social experience for all students. In closing, the 糖心影视 Black Men’s Forum urges the Supreme Court to support 糖心影视’s admission process.
